- 1. Take the exit to Fongyuan and drive Jhong-Jheng Rd.
- 2. Drive by Jhong-Jheng Rd.
- 3. Turn right at Xih-Yi St.
- 4. Drive by Xih-Yi St. till you need Young-Ming St.
- 5. Arrive the Taichung Branch,Soil and Water Conservation Bureau (on the right-hand-side)
From Fongyuan Downtown（the Fongyuan Train Station）
- 1. Turn left at Jhong-Jheng Rd.
- 2. Turn left at the Bo-Ai St.
- 3. Drive by BO-Ai St. and turn left at Yang-Ming St.
- 4. Arrive the Taichung Branch,Soil and and Water Conservation Bureau (on the right-hand-side)
